Dean - Owner & ASE Certified Master Technician
Dean has been working in the automotive industry since 1983. As a shop owner, his main goal is making sure you have an honest, hardworking group to turn to when your vehicle needs attention and repair. For his employees, he maintains a clean and up-to-date facility, provides a friendly atmosphere to work in, and offers encouragement to meet and conquer challenges. In his spare time, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, bicycling, running, and hiking. For the past eight years, he has participated in RAGBRAI, the Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa.
Stacy - Office Manager
Stacy is the co-owner of Deano's, and fills the roll of Office Manager. She handles the marketing details and the HR department. "I love being a part of the trusted team at Deano's and delivering on our promise of quality repairs. Interacting with the customers and employees is a rewarding part of my position at Deano's" Stacy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cycling and frequent redecorating projects.
Cindy - Service Advisor
When you come to Deano's Complete Automotive, Cindy will likely be the one greeting you and scheduling your vehicle for service. As our service advisor Cindy excels at working with the technicians to order the parts needed for your repairs, and with many years of experience in the industry she is able to explain what repairs are necessary, and what can wait. With our digital inspection tools she can show you exactly what is happening with your car. She will listen to your concerns about your vehicle, and works hard to find solutions for you.
We value Cindy's loyalty and trustworthiness. We know with CIndy at the front end, you are in good hands.
Of course Cindy enjoys time with her 4 children, and 16 grandchildren, but she also enjoys curling up at home with a good book and a college football game on.
Michael - Auto Body/Alignment Technician
Michael joined our team in August of 2025, and fills many roles in our shop. Hired for his experience is mechanical repairs and alignments, but he has adapted quickly to the task of assisting on the collision side of our business. We appreciate the way Michael just blends into the culture of our shop with his cheerfulness and diligence. Michael was raised in a "car family", and spent many weekends with his dad at car shows. After graduation in 2019 he began working in the automotive industry and says he's never looked back or wanted to do anything else.
Michael says that he enjoys working at Deano's because it feels like a family. In his words "Everyone is respectful and trustworthy. They welcomed me and my family when we moved here just as if we'd been here for years" His hobbies include playing softball, volleyball, watching college football, and spending time with family & friends.
Jake - Apprentice
Jake impresses us daily with his communication skills and willingness to learn new skills at our shop. He is efficient with his time, and has become a trusted part of our team. At Deano's we look to mentor HS students who display these traits, and Jake has proven himself over and over. We have no doubt Jake will succeed at many things in life, and for now we just enjoy having him in our shop!
Tasha - Bookeeping
Although Tasha is not a direct employee of Deano's, her value is immeasurable. She started working with us through our CPA office H&R Block a year ago, and now keeps our accounts organized and evergreen. She has become a trusted friend to us, and we are grateful for her patience and expertise. Keeping our many businesses under the umbrella of Deano's Complete Automotive is no easy task, but she seems to handle it all effortlessly.
